Pre – Admission

Isabela State University – Ilagan Campus is now accepting applicants for the College Admission Test for Academic Year 2026–2027.

Please review the admission requirements below and prepare the necessary documents according to your applicant category.

Senior High School Graduating Students:

Applicants who are currently in Grade 12 must submit the following:

• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Certified True Copy of Grade 11 Report Card 1st Semester and 2nd Semester
• Certified True Copy of Grade 12 Report Card 1st Semester
• PSA or NSO Birth Certificate

Senior High School Graduates

Applicants who have already completed Senior High School must submit:

• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Certified True Copy of Grade 11 Report Card 1st Semester and  2nd Semester
• Certified True Copy of Grade 12 Report Card 1st Semester and 2nd Semester
• PSA or NSO Birth Certificate

Transferees

Applicants transferring from another college or university must submit:

• Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certification of Grades from previous school
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• PSA or NSO Birth Certificate
