𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | Architecture Department Leads ISU-Ilagan Flag Raising Ceremony

The Architecture Department led the campus flag ceremony at the Isabela State University–City of Ilagan Campus (ISU-Ilagan) on September 29 in front of the Administrative Building.

The event was organized by the department faculty and staff, together with the officers from the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary – ISU Ilagan Chapter. The program opened with a prayer by Architect Wilna Breech A. Ramos, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and the Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas led by Architect Bagnos A. Quebral Jr.

Highlighting the event, Architect Blesie Joy M. Laguna, Department Chairman, delivered an inspirational address. “Be bold, be brave—even in small steps it counts. If you have a goal you’ve been putting off, start today. Look around for help, inspiration, and community to build something bigger together,” she said.

The ceremony concluded with closing remarks from Engr. Alfonso R. Simon, PhD, Cluster Executive Officer. A call for unity, perseverance, and the pursuit of excellence as the university continues to uphold its values of service, innovation, and leadership.
