PICE ISUI-I SC Honors New Civil Engineers through APIT 2025

Newly licensed civil engineers of the Isabela State University – City of Ilagan Campus (ISU-Ilagan) took center stage as they shared stories of perseverance, sacrifice, and faith during the APIT 2025: The CELE Passers Recognition and Testimonial Program held on December 10.

The program was organized by the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers ISU-Ilagan Student Chapter to honor the successful examinees of the November 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure Exam where the school ranked 6th among the different schools nationwide who took the exam.

In totallity, the school posted an overall passing rate of 65 percent, creating 52 new civil engineers.

Dr. Alfonso Simon, Cluster Executive Officer, graced the event whose inspiring message highlighted excellence, perseverance, and unwavering dedication.

Aside from the CEO, the program was also attended by the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology Dean Dr. Crestian Agustin, together with the faculty members of the department who guided the students every step of the way.

The gathering also served as a platform to strengthen unity within the civil engineering profession.

The testimonial program reaffirmed that behind every licensed civil engineer is a story of hard work, courage, and commitment—stories that continue to inspire the next generation of builders of the country.
