𝐈𝐒𝐔 𝐈𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐢𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐒𝐎 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭

ILAGAN CITY, ISABELA — The Isabela State University (ISU) City of Ilagan Campus conducted its Exit Conference on September 10, 2026, at the Campus Library, following the two-day Internal Quality Audit conducted in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.

Engr. Arnold Sotero Alburo, Director for Quality Assurance, opened the conference with an overview of the Internal Quality Audit, highlighting the purpose of the assessment and its role in strengthening the University’s quality management system and promoting continuous improvement.

In his inspirational message, Engr. Alfonso Ramos Simon, CEO of ISU Ilagan Campus, emphasized that excellence is embedded in the campus’ organizational processes. He described the pursuit of excellence as a continuing endeavor that requires commitment, accountability, and sustained improvement among offices and personnel.

The audit findings from the various campus offices were presented by Dr. Zach Chamberlaine M. Corpuz, Team Leader of the Internal Quality Audit. The presentation provided the concerned Process Owners with a consolidated view of the observations and areas requiring appropriate action following the assessment.

Meanwhile, Dr. David Pascua Jr. reminded the Process Owners to address and comply with the identified findings within the prescribed period. He emphasized the importance of timely corrective actions to ensure that the campus remains prepared for the upcoming Management Review and continues to strengthen its quality management processes.

The Exit Conference formally concluded the Internal Quality Audit activities, providing the campus offices with clear direction on the necessary actions toward sustained conformity, process improvement, and the continuous pursuit of quality excellence.
