Dr. Alfonso R. Simon, Cluster Executive Officer of ISU-Ilagan Cluster, represented the University and ISU Pres Ricmar P. Aquino in the DOST-PTRI Kawayarn: The Bamboo Textile Philippines Launch held on 21 September 2023 at The Manila Hotel.
Delegates from ISU Cauayan, headed by CEO Dr. Precy Delima as well as the Focal Person for the RYPIC, Dr. Freddie O. Orperia were also present during the national launch.
