ISU Ilagan Students Snag 1st and 2nd Regional Topnotchers in Civil Service Exam

The Isabela State University (ISU) City of Ilagan community is celebrating the remarkable achievements of two undergraduate students who topped the recent Civil Service Examination held on March 3, 2024. Both students, hailing from the Civil Engineering Department, have once again made the College of Engineering, Architecture, and Technology (CEAT) and the entire ISU family proud.

Mark Jose S. Marcos emerged as the Regional Top 1 in the Professional Level category, securing an impressive score of 96.33%. His exceptional performance underscores the quality education and rigorous training provided by ISU’s Civil Engineering program, showcasing the institution’s commitment to producing top-tier professionals.

Meanwhile, Ferdigrant M. Guinyang claimed the Regional Top 2 spot in the Sub-Professional Level category, with a remarkable rating of 93.77%. His achievement highlights his dedication and comprehensive knowledge in the field.
