ISU Ilagan’s BS Industrial Technology Students Achieve 100% Passing Rate in EIM NC II Certification

In a remarkable achievement, 24 students from the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology major in Electrical Technology at Isabela State University (ISU) Ilagan, have successfully achieved a 100% passing rate in the Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC II Certification. The certification, issued by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), is a vital qualification for students entering the electrical technology workforce.

The EIM NC II certification assesses the skills required for effective electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting—core competencies for those aspiring to become professional electricians. This 100% passing rate reflects the students’ dedication, rigorous preparation, and the high standards of ISU Ilagan’s Industrial Technology program.

The Program Chairperson of the Industrial Technology Department, Mr. Jomel Angangan, MTE, praised the students and faculty for their hard work. “This achievement highlights the quality of our program and the commitment of both students and instructors to excellence in technical skills. We are extremely proud of our students for proving themselves in this nationally recognized certification”.
