Orientation and Seminar on Drug-Free Workplace
Isabela State University – City of Ilagan Campus through the initiative of the Local Government Unit of the City of Ilagan and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency conducted an Orientation and Seminar on Drug-Free Workplace today, October 5, 2023 at campus Audio Visual Room.
Plt./Col Lord Wilson J. Adorio duly represented by Pcpl. Francis B. Mallillin briefly discussed about the status of the city drug case. Intelligence Agent V Armenio V. Gadu, Provincial Officer of Isabela duly represented by Pastor Victor Serquiña explained the Board Regulation No.13 S. of 2018 which scope covers all appointive public officers in all offices, all constitutional bodies, departments, bureaus and agencies of the National Government, government-owned and controlled corporations, state universities and colleges and elective local officials of Local Government units. Topics on City Drug case, awareness and situation, drug abused prevention in workplace currently discussed by the resource speaker. The said activity was participated by selected student leaders, faculty and staff of the institution.
The Drug-Free Workplace Policy shall provide for the responsibilities of the Agency/Institution to maintain a drug-free workplace and to conduct of substance abuse awareness and prevention program.
