Nailing the stage through beauty and wit, Queen Ilagan Russel Vinarao made history as she was crowned the first-ever Queen of Queens 2022 held at Isabela State University – Cauayan Campus.

“I want to say thankyou for this big opportunity and also sa lahat ng ISUAN na sumuporta sakin, especially to my mom na palagi akong sinusuportahan sa lahat ng sinasalihan kong pageant. Ang laban na ‘to ay laban nating lahat!” Russel said in an interview.

“Sobrang masaya ako at nag-enjoy. Sa lahat ng laban niya binibigay ko ang full support ko as her super proud mom,” Miss Ilagan’s mom stated.
