“Every work is significant, no matter how little or great, how hard or easy. Every work must contribute to the common good. A work done out of love is service.”
Once again, the spirit of genuine cooperation and strong partnership was manifested between LGU Ilagan and Isabela State University by successfully and meaningfully conducted the seminar-workshop on table skirting on 12 July 2022 held at AVR CEAT Building, ISU Ilagan Campus.
The activity was initiated by the City Government of Ilagan through the City Tourism Office led by the OIC-City Tourism Officer Ma’am Ma. Cristina R. Simon, and the Isabela State University – Ilagan Campus headed by the ever supportive and dynamic Executive Officer, Engr. Alfonso Cholo Simon, Ph.,D.
The seminar-workshop was purposely conducted for the participants to learn the basics of table skirting, since table skirts are often the best choice when it comes to decorating tables for special occasions and events; and soon apply and execute the learnings ang different techniques to future events where table setting is required.

Professor III from the College of Teacher Education served as the Resource Speaker and trainer, together with the Program chair for Technical Vocational Teacher Education, Ma’am Jaimee M. Saladino and Ma’am Haycel C. Vargas, and was assisted by the following talented and deligent BTVTE students, to wit;
– Mark Allen Salazar
– Christopher Tamang
